ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to regularize the period of 22 days from 14.08.2010 to 06.09.2010 in view of the fact that the order of suspension was already cancelled by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.38728/Aa.Pa.2/2010-1, dated 16.05.2011 and by considering his representation, dated 24.01.2018, within the period stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Though the prayer made in the Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines the same to the extent of seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.01.2018, on merits, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.
4.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
