ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 24.01.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall also put all the interested persons on notice. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
