Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned communication dated 06.02.2026. It is seen that it is only a consequential intimation pursuant to the earlier order dated 27.01.2026. The said order dated 27.01.2026 issued by the local body was put to challenge in W.P. (MD)No.2646 of 2026. By a very detailed order dated 06.02.2026, the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.4018 OF 2026 writ petition was dismissed. Without assailing the said order which is holding good, challenging the consequential communication is not maintainable. On this ground alone, we dismiss the writ petition. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
