O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to strictly instruct the respondent No.2 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering his representation dated 26.03.2018 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner's sons and arrested one of the petitioner's son. Now, he is in judicial custody and another son is absconding. But, the respondent police intimidated the petitioner to hand over the absconding accused and threatened the petitioner to foist a false case against him and also attacked the wife of the petitioner. Therefore, he filed the present petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.

3.The respondent's counter affidavit in para Nos.3 and 4 stating that a number of cases has been registered against the petitioner's sons namely, Premkumar and Ganesan. Further in para https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.7 of the counter affidavit has been stated that the respondent police did not harass the petitioner's wife as stated by the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made in the counter affidavit, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
