ORDER
These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 181, 184, 271, 206, 173 and 215 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the High Court Legal 3/4
Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
