CRL MP(MD) No.3314 of 2023 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1524 of 2023, dated 27.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
