ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 407 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No."not known/2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed and in this regard, a copy of the closure report has also been submitted to this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite this such closure report, the police are unnecessarily harassing these petitioners.
4. In view of the above, this Court directs the police not to harass these petitioners with regard to this case, in view of the fact that the petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed.
