This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the case against the 4th and 5th respondents and his associates on the basis of the official memorandum dated 04.12.2017 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul, on 04.12.2017, the respondent police registered a First Information Report in Crime No.173 of 2018 on 08.04.2018 for the offence punishable under sections 341, 294 (b), 506 (1) IPC. 5.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
