O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.1319 of 2016 in S.C.No.56 of 2012, dated 30.11.2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that the petitioners were acquitted from the criminal proceedings initiated in S.C.No.56 of 2012, by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
