ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Security under the third respondent based on his representation, dated 16.04.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that initially, he was appointed as a Driver in the third respondent Corporation and due to vision problem and on the advise of the Medical Board, he was appointed as Security. While so, the respondents 2 and 3 instructed the petitioner to obtain conductor licence and not permitted him to attend the duty. representation to the first respondent to permit him to continue his service as Security in the third respondent Corporation. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
