ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 28.03.2022, 12.04.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, in D.No.1000/2024, dated 12.11.2024, seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in 1/3

O.S.No.47/2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Padmanabhapuram, this Court made the following order:- "The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, sent a letter, dated 12.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 28.03.2022.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 12.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose the said suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.47 of 2017."
