ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.11 of 2017 dated 20.04.2017.

2.On the basis of the petitioner's complainant, the second respondent police has registered a case in Cr.No.11 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 294(B), 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the complaint was registered on 20.04.2017 and there was no progress in the investigation. Hence the petitioner has come forward with the above petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is on and that the respondent will be in a position to file the final report within a period of six months. 5.Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has alleged forgery of his signature, the investigation does not involve any complicated issue and hence this Petition is allowed and the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet in Crime No.11 of 2017 within a period of fourth months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
