ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct proper enquiry and to take appropriate and necessary action against the respondents 5 to 12 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2019 and provide adequate compensation towards abuse of powers and caused injuries to the petitioner and his friends and defame the goodwill of his family. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Law Student and facing continuous harassment at the hands of the 7th respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to instruct the concerned officials not to harass the petitioner during the exam period. As regards the case is already pending, the Investigating Agency is directed to act strictly in accordance wit law.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
