This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted, where, it was found that it is a money dispute. He would further submit that during the course of enquiry, the proposed accused sought for two installments to repay the disputed amount, which was also agreed by the defacto complainant. Therefore, the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant was closed, directing the parties to approach the civil Court, if the proposed settlement did not act upon. Therefore, there is no harassment at the hands of the first respondent police, as alleged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
