ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2018.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent on 20.03.2018 regarding the issue of the land dispute with the proposed accused. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, the present Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending.

4.In view of the submissions made by both parties, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner on 20.03.2018 and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent shall register a case and proceed in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
