This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner regarding the civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that though the petition enquiry was conducted, the complaint was closed as against the petitioner. It is further stated that there was no harassment and no further enquiry will be conducted.
