ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet within the time frame by this Court in Crime No.109 of 2017.

2.On the basis of the petitioner's complainant, the respondent police has registered a case in Cr.No.109 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 447, 506(ii) and 379(NP) of IPC. The learned Counsel for the petitioner alleged that there was no progress in the investigation and that therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the above petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that a final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the respondent is directed to file a charge sheet in Crime No.109 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
