ORDER

This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No. 106 of 2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Arupukottai and transfer to the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2.The petitioner is residing at Madurai and the distance between Madurai and Arupukottai is around 45 kms. The petitioner has no income, except the pension received by her father. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Madurai to Arupukottai for all hearings.

3.Considering the above facts, this transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 106 of 2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Arupukottai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai. The learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to refer the matter for mediation, before proceeding the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
