ORDER
The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order passed by this Court dated 19.09.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.22198 of 2024, wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner would not be entitled to seek a mandamus for an alternative employment on the ground that he has been found fit for the post of Driver. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, he has been found to be unfit by subsequent medical records which has not been brought to the notice of the Court. Hence, the present review application. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the transport Corporation has brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been provided with an alternative employment by way of an order dated 01.02.2020, as a Non-ITI helper. The petitioner was working as a Non-ITI Helper till December 2024. The petitioner has applied for medical leave for the period covering 01.01.2025 to 20.03.2025, which was also sanctioned. Thereafter, the petitioner has not made any attempt to join duty.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has been directed by the Management to handle the computer, since he is a computer illiterate and he cannot be accommodated in the said post. 5.Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner was provided with an alternative employment and he has remained unauthorisedly absent after his medical leave. In such circumstances, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the review application. In case, if the petitioner wants to change the alternative employment, it is for him to file an appropriate application to the Management. 6.Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed.
