This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.10 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) of I.P.C.
