This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2015 dated 10.01.2015 and proceed with the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the said case in Crime No.15 of 2015 was closed as "undetected" and a copy of the said report has also been served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
