Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks survey of the petition mentioned property. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application on 07.02.2019.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim.

4.Taking note of the said submission, the respondents are directed to complete the said exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
