ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint made by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent registered a case in Cr.No.199 of 2017 as against the petitioner and others. He would further submit that as against the said criminal case, the petitioner herein and others filed a Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1000 of 2018 before this Court and this Court, by order dated 06.02.2018, allowed the said petition.
