Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the petitioner's Mahindra Maxi Pick up vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-43-B0268 from the custody of the second respondent in Crime No.21 of 2021. dated on 27/01/2021 to me by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17/02/2021. 2.The present petition is filed seeking to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-43-B0268 seized by the second respondent in Crime No.21 of 2021. 3.The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate for release of the vehicle.

4.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
