2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.19233 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18100 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
