Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act to allow this appeal and set aside the judgment and Decree dated 19.04.2022 made in M.C.O.P. No. 184/2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur.

ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.MATHIAGAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.2, the court made the following order:- The petitioner / claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the Tribunal award amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs which was deposited by the Insurance Company in M.C.O.P.No.184 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur. Hence, this petition is ordered.
