The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 3 days in preferring the aforesaid criminal appeal against the judgment made in SC.No.31/2021 dated 08.12.2025, by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli.
