ORDER
This Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2023, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Keeranur and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Manapparai.
2. The facts on record indicate that the petitioner has also filed M.C.No.21 of 2021 for maintenance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai. The respondent has subsequently filed H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2023 for divorce before the Subordinate Court, Keeranur.

3. The petitioner has stated that she is facing financial difficulties in engaging a Lawyer at Keeranur and that the distance between Manapparai and Keeranur is about 50 Kilometers and that she has to take three buses to reach the Court.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Keeranur, to transfer H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2023 to the Subordinate Court, Manapparai. The learned Subordinate Judge, Manapparai, shall take steps to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
