O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the fifth respondent to grant him license / permit to run his business in the name of M.M.Meat Stall at Shop No.1-A-1, Stalls Colony, Jothi Nagar, Kovilpatti Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation and payment made on 15.01.2026 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the fifth respondent on 15.01.2026 seeking to grant license to run meat stall. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered by the fifth respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.01.2026, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
