Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication in Na.Ka.No. 110/2014 dated 16.11.2014 issued by the fourth respondent and in Na.Ka.No.3089/2010A3 dated 22.12.2014 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to register the documents to be presented for registration by the petitioner in respect of S.No.1320/1, Palayam Village, Vedasanthoor Taluk, Kujiliamparai Sub-District, Palani Registration District, Dindigul District.

ORDER

It is informed that the petitioner has not even presented the sale deed for registration and before presenting the same for registration, he has rushed to the Court for the following relief: "Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication in Na.Ka.No.110/2014 dated 16.11.2014 issued by the fourth respondent and in Na.Ka.No.3089/2010A3 dated 22.12.2014 issued by the first respondent and quash the

same and consequently direct the second respondent to register the documents to be presented for registration by the petitioner in respect of S.No.1320/1, Palayam Village, Vedasanthoor Taluk, Kujiliamparai Sub-District, Palani Registration District, Dindigul District."

2. In view of the above, this Court feels that the writ petition is absolutely misconceived and is premature. Hence this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
