ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate Criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 10.02.2022 lodged before the 2nd respondent herein

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 10.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 10.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
