Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 13.03.2020 and 14.03.2020. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 26.02.2020. 3.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the event.
