ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of joining in service i.e., on 20.01.2015 to till date and consequently to pay salary every month thereafter.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that even though she is working as Post Graduate Assistant in the fourth respondent School from 02.01.2015, salary has not been paid to her till date. Seeking disbursement of salary, the petitioner made a representation, dated 08.05.2017 and the same is pending for consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2017, if she is found eligible and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
