PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w. 401 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crl M.P No. 3131 of 2023 in STC No. 1743 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District dt. 27.10.2023 and set aside the Judgments of the courts below and acquit the petitioner.
