ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register an F.I.R on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 06.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered for the offence under Section 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cheating is also involved in this case as the petitioner is cheated for a sum of Rs.75,00,000/-.

4. This Court is of the view that, the above said fact will have to be looked into by the respondent police at the time of filing final report. Hence, recording the submission of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
