ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to extend all service benefits to the petitioner, as per the Judgment made in W.A.Nos.168 and 169 of 2012, dated 08.08.2014, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that seeking to extend all service benefits in the light of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.168 and 169 of 2012, dated 08.08.2014, the petitioner sent a representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents on 21.02.2019. However, no orders have been passed by the respondents on the representation of the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is before this Court, praying for appropriate directions to the respondents.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits. 5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2019 in the light of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.168 and 169 of 2012, dated 08.08.2014, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
