This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute, based on the complainant lodged by the defacto-complainant on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that both the parties appeared for enquiry and he produced a letter submitted by the complainant, in which he stated that since the first accused has agreed to settle the sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.85,000/-, further action is not necessary. Hence, recording the said statement made by the complainant, the first respondent police closed the enquiry as 'further action dropped'.

4. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
