ORDER

The Writ Petition seeks a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to register the document pending in No.P/Moolakaraipatti/1/2025 and return the same within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate representing the respondents has produced written instructions from the third respondent/Sub Registrar dated 21.02.2025, stating that the document, which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition, will be registered and returned within a period of one week from today. The said instructions given by the Sub Registrar to the learned Government Advocate is taken on file as an undertaking given to this Court.

3. As the grievance of the writ petitioner has been addressed by the third respondent himself, there need not be a direction other than the recorded statement. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Post the matter on 27.02.2025 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
