2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application dated 05.04.2019.

3.The fourth respondent shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall also put all the interested parties on
