Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the document No.5352/12 on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for getting the relief of annulment. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the first respondent does not warrant any interference. It is made clear that it has not adjudicated the petitioner's right on merits. Therefore, keeping intact, the petitioner's right and his liberty to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
