ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent, by proceedings, dated 09.01.2014 granted permission to the petitioner for joining B.Ed Degree course, in which, the name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the University and the Academic year have been wrongly mentioned. Hence, the petitioner approached the first respondent to rectify the defects in the above permission letter by issuing a fresh order, but the first respondent has made corrections in the same letter. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 02.01.2019 to the first respondent to cancel the above defective letter and to issue a fresh permission letter to her. She sent subsequent representation, dated 07.03.2019 in this regard. Since no action has been forthcoming, this Writ Petition has been filed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent on merits.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
