ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 02.12.2025 in Crl.MP.No.4105/2025 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, 2nd Additional Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and consequently to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1080/2025 dated 26.05.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every alternate Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
