ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint dated 26.09.2013 given by the petitioner to the second respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.22 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C.
