in respect of Edumalai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Edumalai, Trichy District.
2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondents herein are willing to issue the nomination form to the petitioner. In view of the submission made, the petitioner may not have any grievances.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
