ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.N.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent in All the petitions, and the 1st Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 837 days in filing the above said appeals.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and the Second Respondent.
3.Though notice was served on the respondent No.1 and his name is also printed in the cause list, he has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.
4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 837 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
