ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the second respondent in his memo No.Ser.2(2)/ 10047/2016 dated 27.12.2017, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, final orders will be passed on the disciplinary proceedings, pending against the petitioner. 4.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
