ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to issue notices to the respondent and punish him for having committed contempt of the Order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.17419 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a proceedings of the respondent herein, dated 24.6.2022 in Na.Ka.No.AA4Ee(Oo)/684/2020 stating that as per Section 205(11) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, Mr.A.G.Sharmilaji, Panchayat President, Kottaimedu Panchayat has been removed from the said post and confirming the same, a Government Order, dated 5.7.2022 has been issued in this regard.

4.In view of the same,the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
