This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.386 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 420 I.P.C on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is completed, but yet to file the charge sheet. Further, he would submit that only because of pendency of this criminal original petition, the respondent police is not able to file the charge sheet.

4.It seen from the records that there are specific averments as against the petitioner herein. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, considering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
