HCP.SR.No.43433 of 2015: This Habeas Corpus petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in P.D.O.No.20 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu viz., Gopalakrishnan, S/o.

Muthaiah aged abourt 28 years detained in Trichy Central Prison before the Hon'ble Court set him at liberty forthwith. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof on the presence of M/S R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner herein the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR, J.) The detenu can get a certified copy from the Superintendent of Central Jail in which he has been detained.
