RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extended the time for complying with the order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.O.P.No.13930 of 2020 dated 03/12/2020 and thus render justice.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13930 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he had made ready the amount to be deposited and when the petitioners filed a memo before the lower Court for depositing the said amount, the same was returned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai stating that the time lapsed.

3. In view of the same, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2119 of 2021 already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and if the petitioners fail to comply with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners and proceed in accordance with law.
